Abstract:

The basic vision adopted for the education system in Turkey, the philosophical foundations of this vision and the objectives planned to be achieved by 2023 Education Vision Certificate has been the subject of scientific research since the date of publication. This study aims to study the academic studies published on the 2023 Education Vision Certificate. Research is a qualitative research designed in the visual research model and carried out by the method of document examination. The research included 36 articles accessed on 02.01.2021 from the JournalPark and ResearchGate database. The publication year, the language of publication, the published magazine, the number of authors, the keyword network, the number of references, the most commonly referred authors and publication research method, sampling, data collection techniques, and the topic orientation parameters have been carried out by bibliometric analysis. The research finds that the analyzed articles contribute to the scope by publishing in many different magazines, mostly by two or more authors, by adopting more conceptual research approaches, by using the document review and interview technique, by a qualified method. In the articles, the Vision Document is discussed in terms of different subjects, including "general assessment and applicability", "professional education", "educational management/management" and "design and skills workshops", but many of the areas in the document are not yet subject to academic studies. The study can guide researchers in terms of showing the direction and trends of the studies carried out in relation to the Education Vision Certificate 2023 and can be a source to be used in the studies that will be carried out later.
