BULGULAR: 13 kadın hastanın %100’ü, 8 erkek hastanın %62.5’i protezlerini kullanmaya devam etmektedir. 21 hastanın %85.7 si, protezlerinin çiğneme işlevinden rahattır. 21 tam protez hastasının %90.5’i yeni protezlerinin estetiğinden hoşnuttur.
Introduction and Purpose: The purpose of this study is to statistically investigate whether there is a strong correlation between the scellular anatomical properties in the scalp and the alt face height in the occlusion, and to determine the occulus vertical size of the whole proteins with the help of the regression formula developed as a result of this study by an objective and repeatable method. Methods and Requirements: In 21 patients, the oscillary vertical size increase determined by the Sefalometric Analysis method is an average of 9 mm, from 2 mm to 16 mm. Increases are made using the articulator. Patients were evaluated by the clinical evaluation form, Helkimo Anamnestical and Clinical Disfunction Indices, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Method. 13 female patients are 100%, 8 male patients are 62. 5 continues to use their protheses. 85.7 per cent of 21 patients are comfortable with the breakdown function of their proteins. 90.5 percent of 21 full-prothesis patients are pleased with the aesthetics of their new prothesis. According to the Helkimo Anamnestical and Helkimo Clinical Disfunction Indices, a statistically significant improvement in stomatognatic system proximity has been observed after a vertical size increase. According to the MR Imaging Method, 16 of the 17 patients who continue to use the protein have been co-centrated with the condil and the glenoid fossa, no pathology has been found in the soft and hard tissue. PROTECTION and RESULT: The once-up vertical size has not been shown to cause any damage to the temporomandibular joint area. Therefore, it is believed that the return of functional anatomy to the patient causes both healing and a desired aesthetic image.
