Amaç: Bu araştırma, vardiyalı ve nöbet sistemi şeklindeki çalışma sisteminin hemşireler üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Kesitsel tipte planlanan çalışmanın evrenini Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesinde, hemşire olarak çalışan, 290 kişi oluşturmuştur. Örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş evrenin tamamına ulaşılmaya çalışıp çalışmayı katılmayı kabul edenler çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Mayıs- Haziran 2016 tarihleri arasında ilgili hastaneden yazılı izin ve hemşirelerden sözel onay alındıktan sonra yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Anket formunda yer alan sorular hemşirelerin demografik özellikleri ve çalışma saatlerinin fiziksel sağlıklarını, uyku, günlük yaşam aktivitelerini, sosyal ve aile yaşamlarını nasıl etkilediğine yönelik olarak kapalı soru formunda hazırlanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı ve yüzdelik dağılımı ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar p<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin %87,9’u kadındır. Katılımcıların yarıdan fazlasını (%66,2) 20-29 yaş aralığı oluşturmakta, tüm katılımcıların %36,2’si evli, %63,8’i ise bekardır. Katılımcıların %67,2’si gece-gündüz (vardiya sistemi) çalışmakta olup %23,4’ü sürekli gündüz, %9,3’ü nöbet usulü (sürekli gece) çalışmaktadır. Vardiya ve nöbet şeklinde çalışan hemşirelerin daha fazla uyku düzeni bozukluğu, iş performansında azalma ve dikkat eksikliği/konsantrasyon sorunu yaşadığı bulundu. Sonuç: Vardiyalı ve nöbetli şeklinde çalışmanın hemşirelerin uyku düzenini, iş performansını ve dikkat eksikliği/konsantrasyon bozukluğu düzeyini etkilediği saptanmıştır.
Purpose: This research has been done to determine the impact of the work system in the form of the cardiovascular and epileptic system on nurses. Method: The universe of the planned study in the cutting-edge type was created by 290 people working as nurses at the Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Medicine Research and Application Hospital. Those who try to reach the entire universe that has not been selected and agree to participate in the study have been taken into the scope of the study. The data of the study was collected by the face-to-face interview method after the written permission from the relevant hospital and the oral approval from the nurses between May and June 2016. The questions included in the survey form are prepared in a closed question form on how nurses’ demographic characteristics and working hours affect their physical health, sleep, daily life activities, social and family life. In the analysis of the data, the number and percentage distribution and ki-core tests were used. The results were evaluated at p<0.05 level of significance. 87.9% of the nurses involved in the survey are women. More than half of the participants (66.2%) are aged 20-29 years, with 36.2% married and 63.8% single. 67.2 percent of participants work night and day, 23.4 percent continuously day and 9.3 percent continuously night. Nurses working in the form of vartia and stroke found more sleep disorders, reduced work performance and lack of attention/concentration problems. The result: The study in the form of a varicose and intramuscular form has been found to affect the nurses' sleep system, work performance and the level of attention deficiency/concentration disorder.
