Introduction and Target: When meniscus and joint breaks, changes in the knee flektion and extension forces have not been much studied. The reduction of the strengths and the change of their proportions to each other causes disruptions in the knee joint stability. Could the measurement of the strengths of flexion and extension be a tool that can diagnose the breakdown of the meniscus? Method and Requirements: 45 patients diagnosed with MRG and clinically diagnosed with meniscus broke formed the control group. A negative control group was also created with 45 new patients with strong knees. The MRGs of the knees in the control and negative control group were not drawn. All knees in the work and control group were measured with the maximum flektion and extension forces by a directory isochinetic exercise device in the negative control group. For the measurement of the forces, a product of the Nonius EnRaf R company, a kg unit, isochinetic exercise tool worked with air pressure was used. Other pathologies in the knees were not taken to assess the start, duration, age and left-right differences of the pain. ROC analysis was applied to investigate whether isochinetic muscle measurements are valid in the diagnosis. Foundations: The broken knees had a reduction of 30% in extension forces and 17% in flektion forces according to the same patient's solid directory. Both values were statistically meaningful (p<0.05). Flexion/extension ratio in the knees that are broken 0. In 81 the strength ratio of the saglam knees was 0.687. As a result, 35 of 45 patients in 32 extension extension values, 36 of 45 patients in 20 units flektion values, and 35 in 45 strong knees, respectively, are captured. PROTECTION and RESULTS: Changes in the muscle strength of the knives placed in the prediction of the break of menus can be used to verify the diagnosis of the break of menus. Measurement of knee forces with other pathologies can confirm and spread the diagnosis.
