There is a mutual interaction between technological developments and cultural changes. The mental basis of technological developments is largely based on the satisfaction of the new needs and expectations created by cultural changes. But technological developments are also accelerators of cultural change, leading to new needs, new expectations, and new forms of perception. This relationship between technology and society applies mostly in the field of communication. This article explores the changing and developing design areas with the technology and the possibilities it offers, the relationships and attitudes of today’s people with the possibilities of these areas are investigated, new media types are presented. The spread of the use of social media platforms also provides important communication opportunities in the context of disasters and emergencies. These technologies have become the most effective tools for those who have escaped the disaster, those who want to help the disaster, curious observers and those who want to get knowledge to communicate. "deprempaylaş.com" is designed in accordance with all these goals, with the principles and methods of interaction design. Thus, in the electronic environment, the participant is presented as an interactive media example and the creation and design process is studied in detail.
