Çalışmanın konusu liberal medya etiğinin sorgulanması ve Türkiye’de habercilik örneklerinin analizi üzerinden alternatif bir etik arayışının ortaya konulmasıdır. Çalışmada, Türkiye’de haberciliğe yön veren etik kodları ve çerçeveleri güç ve iktidar ilişkileri bağlamında sorgulamaya açılacak, hangi olayların etik ihlal etiketi ile sunulduğu ve bu tanımlamanın sistem açısından nasıl bir işlev gördüğü ve aslında etik bağlamında hiç tartışılmayan bazı yapısal sorunların var olduğu, örnek olaylar üzerinden irdelenecektir. Böylelikle, liberal medya yapısını ve onun etik kodlarını sorgulamaya açıp, liberal medya etiği olmayan, kapitalist üretim ilişkileri ve onun sınıfsal çıkarlarının belirlediği liberal medya etiğine alternatif bir medya etiği tasarımının nasıl olabileceği tartışılacaktır. Çalışma ile yalnızca etik kavramını bir sorunsal haline getirmekten çok, liberal yaklaşımın bütün anlatı yapısının kapitalist pazar yapısı ile bütünleşik ilişkisini de net bir biçimde ortaya koyup kültürel yapının belirlenmişliğine de dikkat çekmeyi arzulamaktadır.
The subject of the study is the questioning of the liberal media ethics and the discovery of an alternative ethical search through the analysis of the examples of news in Turkey. In the study, the ethical codes and frameworks that are directed to communication in Turkey will be open to question in the context of power and power relationships, which events are presented with the label of ethical violation and how this definition is functioning from the system perspective and in fact some structural problems that are never discussed in the ethical context, will be discussed through the examples of events. Thus, it will be open to questioning the liberal media structure and its ethical codes, and discussing how it can be a design of a media ethics alternative to the non-liberal media ethics, capitalist production relationships and the liberal media ethics determined by its class interests. More than just the ethical concept of study is a problem, he desires to clearly reveal the integrated relationship of the entire narrative structure of the liberal approach with the capitalist market structure and to draw attention to the determination of the cultural structure.
The subject of this study is, to demonstrate the liberal media ethics and to reveal an alternative ethics through the analysis of ethical journalism in Turkey. In the study, journalism guiding ethical codes and frameworks in Turkey will be opened to question in the context of power and power relations, which events it was served with ethical violation tag and the description of how he sees function in terms of the system and the fact that the ethical context that there are some structural problems at all not discussed, case studies will be examined. In this way, it will be opened to question the liberal media structure and its ethical codes and it will be discussed how can be design an alternative media ethic without liberal media ethics that was determined by capitalist relations of production and its class interests. With this intention, the study aims to make the concept of ethics as problematic, to reveal the integrated relationship between liberal approaches and capitalist market structure and to draw attention to the determined cultural structure.
