Bu çalışmada; spor branşı il temsilcisi olarak görev yapan bireylerin, spor tükenmişlik durumları ile bireysel performanslarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde bulunan illerde il temsilcisi olarak görev yapan bireyler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubu ise il temsilciliği görevi yürüten bireylerin, tesadüfi yöntemle belirlenmiş 216’sı erkek, 30’u kadın olmak üzere toplam 246 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada üç bölümden oluşan anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Birinci bölümde katılımcılara demografik özelliklerinin sorulduğu sorular kullanıldı. İkinci bölümde, Sorkkila ve ark. (2017) tarafından spor alanına uyarlanan spor tükenmişliği anketi, toplam 10 maddeden oluşup ve 5’li Likert biçiminde oluşup, tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve yetersizlik olmak üzere üç boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Türkçeye uyarlaması ise Çam, Kardaş ve ark. (2018) tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, Kirkman ve Rosen (1999) tarafından geliştirilen bireysel performans ölçeği, 7 madden oluşup 5’li likert tipli bir ölçektedir. Türkçeye uyarlaması ise 2008 yılında Çöl tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama araçları, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde spor dalları il temsilcisi olarak görev yapan bireyler oluştururken, örneklem grubunu ise 216’sı erkek, 30’u kadın olmak üzere toplam 246 katılımcıya uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, spor tükenmişlik durumu (p=,015*) ile bireysel performans tutumlarının (p=,004*) eğitim durumuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılığa sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gelir düzeyi açısından ise, spor tükenmişlik durumu (p=,187) ve bireysel performans tutumlarında (p=,267) herhangi bir anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır.
In this study, the objective is to study individuals who are representative of the sports industry, the state of sports exhaustion and their individual performance according to various variables. The universe of the study is formed by individuals who work as provincial representatives in the provinces located in the eastern Anadolu region. The sample group consists of a total of 246 participants, including 216 men and 30 women, identified by random method. The research technique is made up of three sections. In the first section, the participants were asked questions about their demographic characteristics. In the second part, Sorkkila and Ark. The sport extinction survey, adapted to the sport area by (2017) consists of a total of 10 items and 5 in Likert form, and consists of three dimensions: extinction, insensitivity and insufficiency. In terms of the income level, there was no significant difference in the state of sport exhaust (p=,187) and in the individual performance attitudes (p=,267).
