The individual’s unity, which forms the core point of social service education, becomes more unique and valuable together with different cultures. It shows the changing face of social service education how micro, mezzo and macro components of social service will work with different values and cultural characteristics and how it will orient to practices. Considering the change that each society lives and the organic structure that it possesses, it seems inevitable that social service education develops a model that will respond to change by capturing the needs of the age and social problems. In this sense, in our country, there is also a need for the curriculum content in which the social reflections of the migration and increasing student education mobility in recent years can be understood to understand the multicultural structure and to make sufficient measurements and assessments in terms of cultural competence. The cultural competence and multicultural structure of the field in summer with social services students are assessed and many different studies have seen significant contributions to the theory, practice and supervision stages in social services education. This study is designed as a systematic summary of the studies, performed in different periods, countries, educational levels and evaluated by interacting with students as a curriculum content of cultural competence, with the aim of bringing together the social service educational components specifically. Through Taylor and Francis Online, SAGE Journals, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Science Direct, TR Dizin’s databases, the multicultural social service lessons, international social service lessons, international social service education, cultural competence education in social service, intercultural social service education key words are scanned in English and Turkish. After the study of the summaries of the works and methods that match the headlines and keywords, the procedures of systematic assembly with 20 articles carrying the inclusion criteria have been met. In the study, cultural awareness, the information equipment of different cultures, the satisfaction of the meanings and needs that students carry on the differences and the problem-solving point of social service charged conflict resolution, decision-making responsibility and social justice. As a result, in light of the previous studies awarded to the field writing, it is attempted to be presented as a proposal for a course framework in which cultural competence is discussed in social service education.

In this sense, there is a need for course contents that can be made adequate measurement and evaluations in terms of understanding the multicultural structure and cultural competence by considering the social reflections of migration and intensive student mobility to our country in recent years Many studies conducted among social work students about evaluating cultural competence and multicultural structure seem to contribute to the theoretical, practical and supervision phases of social work education crucially in the literature. This study was designed as a systematic review in order to bring together the studies conducted in different periods, countries, educational levels and evaluate cultural competency through interaction with the students as a nature of the content of a course specifically. The keywords of multicultural courses, courses in international social work, international social work education, cultural competence in social work education, intercultural education in social work as in English and Turkish versions were browsed through Taylor and Francis Online, Sage Journals, the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Science Direct, TR Index databases. After examining the sections of the summaries and methods of the studies possessed appropriate title and keywords, systematic review procedures were followed with 20 articles that overlapped the inclusion criteria. Main issues that are conflict resolution, decision- making responsibility and promoting social justice shouldered by social work in the context with cultural awareness, knowledge of different cultures, meeting the needs and attribution of students for the means of differences and satisfying the social needs and problems have been seen as becoming prominent within the study. As a result, in the light of several previous studies, a framework of a course with the content of discussing cultural competence in social work education is presented as a proposal
