Abstract:

The COVID-19 pandemic is a global challenge where millions of people die, get sick and struggle to survive. In the face of this problem that deeply shakes human and social life, different solutions are being searched. Borders appeared as a reflection of these searches. Although the epidemic is global, tackling the epidemic at the national level has increased the importance, impact and value of the borders.
