Abstract:

the purpose of this research is to examine the opinions of preschool teachers candidates for children's rights by using the status study pattern in the research, the opinions of preschoolers were determined by the interview method from the nitel data collection tools, the participants of the research constituted 38 undergraduate students studying in the preschool teacher department of a state university, students were selected with the sampling path for non-counterfeit sampling methods, as a result of the teacher candidates mostly focused on educational life and shelter rights, the participants who have not expressed the right to participate in the desired level of teacher candidates in the protection of the rights of children, as well as those who have been able to investigate the right of educational rights of the children, and to provide them in the right candidates in the right of the right of the right of the education and to the children and to investigate the right candidates in the right of the right of the education in the right candidates in the right of the education in the right of the right of the right of the right of the children, and to investigated education and to the right of the children, and to the right of the right of the children, and to investigate and to the right candidates in the right candidates in the right of the right

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to investigate the views’ of preschool teacher canditates about children rights. The research was designed as a case study and interview method was used to collect data. 38 participants which are student at a state university were included to study and they are chosen by using purposive sampling. According to results, it is found that participants mostly focused on right to education, right to life and right to accommodation. Participants did not adequately mention participation right. They think that the most important stakeholders who protect children rights are parents, teachers, justice workers and society. Participants stated that they have responsibilities on protecting children from child abuse and neglect and providing right to education to them. Finally, they stated the policies and programs about protecting rights were inadeqaute. It is suggested to review our policies and and to make some programs that reduce some negative aspects to children rights.
