Türkiye’de futbol kulüplerinin KSS faaliyetlerine odaklanan bu araştırmanın amacı Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray ve Trabzonspor kulüplerinin KSS faaliyetlerinin amacı, içeriği ve hedef kitlelerini ortaya koyarak, KSS faaliyetlerinde ne tür uygulamalara yer verdiklerini ve ne tür kazanımlar sağladıklarını belirlemektir. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Türkiye’de profesyonel futbol branşındaki en üst ligde yer alan spor kulüpleri (Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray ve Trabzonspor) dahil edilmiştir. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından kulüp web siteleri, yerel ve uluslararası haber sitelerinden elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada Beşiktaş (10), Fenerbahçe (8), Galatasaray (9), Trabzonspor (7) olmak üzere toplam toplam 34 KSS faaliyeti incelenmiştir. Bu faaliyetlerin amacı, içeriği ve hedef kitlesi ayrı ayrı belirtilmiştir. 34 projede uygulama türleri ve sıklıkları sırasıyla ürün bağışı 8, tanıtım desteği 8, sosyal/sportif etkinlik 6,kurumsal destek 14, secondment 7, bina ve ekipman yardımı 3, uzmanlık desteği 1, kar payı ve diğer birikim aktarımları 2 ve çevre desteği 1 olarak görülmektedir. Bu incelemelerde kulüpler harf sıralamasına göre sıralanmıştır. Futbol kulüplerinin KSS faaliyetleri değerlendirildiğinde daha çok ürün bağışı ve tanıtım desteği sağladıkları görülmektedir. Ayrıca futbol kulüplerinin KSS faaliyetlerinde çocuklara ve ihtiyaç sahibi gruplara (engelliler, lösemi hastaları vb.) odaklandıkları ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu durum futbol kulüplerinin toplumsal ihtiyaçları ve toplumun beklentilerine duyarlı olduklarını göstermektedir. Futbol kulüplerinin bu tür KSS faaliyetleriyle toplumda olumlu bir görüntü kazandığı ve özellikle çocuklara yönelik yapılan KSS faaliyetleriyle geleceğin taraftarlarını kazanma noktasında önemli bir avantaj sağladığı ifade edilebilir.

The objective of this research, which is focused on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities of the football clubs in Turkey, is to reveal the objective, content and target groups of the CSR activities that are performed by the clubs of Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor, to determine the types of practices they implement in CSR activities and to determine the gains they achieve. The method used in this study was qualitative in nature and document analysis was used. The study included the sports clubs which compete in premier leagues of football and basketball in Turkey. The data was collected by the researchers from web sites of the clubs and local and national news sites. 34 CSR activities are examined in total in the research, including Beşiktaş (10), Fenerbahçe (8), Galatasaray (9) and Trabzonspor (7).
