This study aims to develop a scale determining entrepreneurial tendencies of primary grade 4th grade students. In this study, survey research model was used. The sampling group was 603 primary school students who were in the 4th grades. In the development process of the scale, firstly the literature was reviewed, the opinions of the students were taken and the item pool was established. These items were arranged according to expert opinions and pre-applied to 25 students and then applied to sampling group as 84 items. Exploratory factor analysis was applied to determine the construct validity of the inventory. As a result of Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin and Bartlett Test to determine the suitability of the data for factor analysis; values of KMO .906 and Bartlett Test were found significant .00 (p<.05). Then, the principle components analysis and varimax vertical rotation process were conducted and a 24-item inventory with 4 factors (success, problem solving, innovation and self-confidence) was obtained, As a result of the reliability analysis, Cronbach α for all of the scale was calculated as .89. Additionally item-total and item-remaining correlations were significant (p<.001) with Pearson correlation analysis between the factors. According to the results of the analysis; the validity and reliability values of the ETIC were determined to be within the acceptable framework.
