The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of universal & equity personnel practices and political interference in job satisfaction of factory workers. In this study, two textile factories were sampled in Kyrgyzstan. Questionnaires were distributes to 150 workers through factories, resulting in 130 usable responses received. Regression analysis results indicated that when employees perceived universalistic personnel practices, they expressed increased job satisfaction. There is no direct affect equity and political interference on employee’s job satisfaction. Equity positively affects on universalistic personnel politics in organization and political interference negatively affects on universalistic personnel politics in organization. The results suggest that managers may need to focus more on universal personnel practices in generating greater job satisfaction of workers
