Özet:

It is not possible to exhibit the features of neo-liberal economy policies without making an overall evaluation within the historic development of the global economic dynamics. Capitalist economies had staged macroeconomic changes within the scope of the crises of 1929 and 1974. It is intended to analyse at which historic conditions the neo-liberal macroeconomic policies, that dominated the world after the 1974-crisis, have taken shape in which power relations. The reasons presented for the transition to the new economy policy constitute one of the fundamental issues of discussion. It has been asserted that the Keynesian economy policies have caused the crisis. Moreover, it has been argued that the social state, the development of syndicates, wages and social rights were responsible for the crisis and that firm labour markets should have been elasticised. First of all, these claims will be responded in line with the propositions of the “regulation school”. It will be presented under statistic parameters, in which way global economic table correspond to the features which come into foreground in terms of global free market economy, de-industrialization and financialization. It will be discussed how the process of accumulation that takes place in two different fields, namely the real sector and the finance capital, take shape through neo-liberal policies. As soon as the control over the worldwide market of production of goods and services was lost, a race towards the cheapest, towards the bottom has taken place. The nation states’ means of intervention and basic features of their alternative policies will be discussed in the face of destruction and race towards the bottom. A method that took shape both through statistical data and conceptual discussions was pursued in the subject article.
