Turkish music completed the formation process in terms of theory in the fifteenth century, began to develop in the field of performance.This process started with the works of music theory written by El-Kindi since the nineth century, and it was recorded in X. Century by Fârâbî, XI. Ibn Sînâ and XIII. With the writing of Safiyüddîn Urmevî in the century, the systemist turned into an arrow with the system of music theory. XV. Abdülkadir Merâgî and Abdulaziz b. With the theoretical works written by Abdülkadir Merâgî, music theory has turned into a science beside art with all its elements. Abdulkadir Meragî and his students were the first period representative of the practice of Turkish music. Abdulaziz, the son of Merâgî, played an important role as a musician in the recognition of Abdülkadir Merâgîn in our music history. Abdülaziz collected his father, from Merâgî, Nekâvetü'l-Edvâr, in its name. In this work, all elements of musical theory are mentioned, and the contributions made by Abdulaziz to music are explained. Abdülaziz also described the new maqams, rhythms and music instruments he invented in this work. The subject of our research is to reveal the information about the instruments in the book Nekâvetü'l-Edvâr, written in Persian by Abdulaziz and his invented instrument named Tervîh. These music instruments will be examined under three headings: stringed, blown and percussion. It will be reached the new informations about the physical properties of the instruments, the geography, the accord, the organology and the performance.
