Behavioral finance is increasing its contributions to the explanations of financial market circumstances and decision making processes day by day. The aim of this study is to make a content analysis for the postgraduate theses related with this area. Information about these theses were obtained from the website of the Council of Higher Education Thesis Centre. The number of them are found to be 110 between 2003 and 2016. Their numerical distributions for years, universities, institutes, departments and sharing status have been revealed. Data collecting and analyzing methods which are mostly preferred and research samples mostly used have been analyzed. Also key words, writing languages and page numbers have been evaluated. Findings of this study have the potential for providing insight and assistance especially to the researchers and academicians aiming make researches in behavioral finance, and the students and advisors structuring thesis studies about this area.
