So many results that aren't mine?

Özet: Emek piyasalarında gözlenen aksaklıklar içerisindeönemlisi ve konu ile ilgili araştırmacılarmçok dikkatini çeken kadm emeğine karşı ayrımcılıktır. Ayrımcı uygulamalar içerisindeaçık biçimde gözlenebilen ve tespiti mümkün olan ise ücret ayrımcılığıdır. Çalışmada 1994 yılı Hanehalkı Gelir Dağılımı Anketi verilerinden yola çıkarak özel sektörde çalışan kadınlann manız kaldığı ücret ayrımcılığjnın derecesi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Oaxaca ve Cotton aynşürma yöntemleri kullanılarak yapılan analize göre, cinsiyete dayalı ücret ayrımcılığı katsayısı her iki yönteme göre %62 dolaylarında tespit edilmiştir.   Abstract: Gender discrimination is the most important one among the defects in the labour markets and this topic has long interested by labour economists. Wage discrimination is the kind of discrimination which can be clearly observed and easily measured. In this study, we tried to determine the degree of gender wage discrimination by using 1994 Turkish Household Expenditure Survey. We used Oxaca and Cotton decomposition method and determined wage discrimination coefficient about 62 percent for Turkish Labour Market in this study.
