Abstract enSince Small and medium sized enterprises (SMSEs) make contribution to regional and local development as well as economic development, social adaptation, and employment, they constitute an important sector of economy. SMSEs having a dynamic structure and flexible mechanism of making decision are defined with these features of them as enterprises, which can best evaluate potential of creating employment. Precondition for a satisfying management related to employment is “paying management” at satisfying level. World economy has entered a new trend of change. Among the causes of change experienced in the economic, technological, and social areas, there are great technological innovations, and reorganization of economies. For enterprises to be able to adapt to this rapid change experienced, it is necessary for them to care about human rights management. From the aspect of enterprises, the supply of qualified human resources, employing them in the appropriate place in enterprise, and functionally providing their commitment to enterprise make it necessary human resources management. One of the most important subjects of human resource management is the tendency to make relationship between performance and wage, in order to increase the performances and motivations of those working in the firms. The aim of the study is toward measuring the effects of wage systems applied in the public, private and participation banks, defined as SMSE, on bank personnel as well as whether or not they are satisfied with the environment, where they work, and the effects of demographic factors
