Abstract:

The fast change in information and technology in the business world in recent years has increased interest in the ethical approaches. The reality that businesses cannot live disconnected from their environment, force them to be sensitive about the environment. Business ethics, which relies on the evaluations of which attitudes are right and which are wrong, has become as an important concept about the foundation, perpetuation or development of the social and economic system as the legal regulations. Business ethics, like quality and perfection, is one of the universal values shared within organizations. Therefore, studies in the field of business ethics consider the promotion of ethical standards as a prerequisite of success. The success of the business relies on how widespread ethical values are, or in other words, at what level ethical atmosphere is adopted in that business. The purpose of this study is to explain what the ethical problems in businesses are and to show the method and the process of executing ethical rules within them. In this study, we examined the method and the process that will ensure the application of ethical rules within businesses, and tried to develop a conceptual model.
