Uzun zaman önce meydana getirilmiş ve tarihî değeri olan bir eserin yasadışı yollardan ticaretini yapmak olarak tanımlanabilecek tarihî eser kaçakçılığı, kültürel mirasımızı korumak için engellenmesi gereken bir suç olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tarihî eser kaçakçılığı suçunun Türk çocuk edebiyatına yansımasını tespit edebilmektir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada doküman analizi deseni kullanılmıştır. Doküman analizi deseninin kullanılmasının nedeni bu desenin söz konusu eserler üzerinde derinlemesine inceleme yapma olanağı sağlamasıdır. Bu amaçla kurgusunda tarihî eser kaçakçılığı bulunduğu düşünülen eserler önce araştırmacı tarafından herhangi bir kayıt tutulmadan okunmuş ve çalışma grubundaki eserlerde söz konusu suçun yer aldığı belirlenmiştir. Sonrasında bu eserler araştırmacı ve bir nitel araştırma uzmanı tarafından kayıt tutularak okunmuş, eserlerdeki tarihî eser kaçakçılığına ilişkin unsurlar belirlenerek kodlanmıştır. Ardından kodlanan bu veriler daha derinlemesine incelenebilmesi açısından içerik analizine tabi tutulmuş, benzer özellikteki kodlar ilgili kategoriler altında birleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda çalışma grubundaki eserlerin içeriklerinde tarihî eser kaçakçılığı suçuna ait unsurların yer aldığı, bunun yanında eserlerde yabancılara temkinli yaklaşma, tarihî eserlerin ulusal ve evrensel kültürün önemli bileşenleri olduğu gibi iletilerin de bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The historical trafficking of works, which can be defined as the illegal trade of a long-term and historical value of an object, appears to be a crime that must be prevented in order to protect our cultural heritage. The aim of this study is to identify the reflection of the crime of historical works trafficking in Turkish children's literature. In this context, the document analysis design was used in the study. The reason for the use of the document analysis pattern is that this pattern allows for a thorough examination of the works concerned. For this purpose, the works that are believed to have historical work fraud in the fiction were first read by the researcher without any recording and determined that the work in the work group was involved in the crime. Then these works were read and recorded by a researcher and a qualified research expert, and coded by identifying the elements related to the historical work trafficking in the works. The coded data then was subject to content analysis in order to be more thoroughly studied, codes with similar characteristics were combined under the relevant categories. The study found that the works in the work group contained elements of the crime of historical works trafficking, in addition to the works with a cautious approach to foreigners, the historical works are important components of national and universal culture.
