The aim of this study is develop valid and reliable measurement for assessing exposure to mobbing behaviors to employees who are working in human services organizations. Determine the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of mobbing scale (Vol. Mob. Scale) 120 social workers, who are working in public institutions, included in the study. “Transformed Principal Components Analysis”, which is a technique of factor analysis, has been implemented in order to control the construct validity of the scale; the sentences which have factor loading less than 0.30 have not been figured in calculate to determine the reliability of the scale, Cronbach Alpha internal consistency was found 0,94. According to results of factor analysis to describe the behaviors of mobbing five sub factors were determined. As a result of this study, it is determined that the Mobbing Scale is valid and reliable tool that can be used in human service organizations in Turkey.
