Geography lesson which is participated to offical school timetables nbsp; essentially with Maarif-i Umumiye Nizamnamesi (1869) in Otoman Empire couldnrsquo;t go beyond the stage nbsp; of naming and descriptive geography. Education of modern and explanatory geography took place with second contsıtutıonal monarchy.
