Günümüzde insan ihtiyaçlarını karşılamaya yönelik çok sayıda organizasyon bulunmaktadır. Özellikle özel sektör içindeki bu organizasyonlar insanların beğenisini kazanıp müşterilerini artırdığı sürece kalıcı hale gelmekte ve büyümeye devam etmektedir. Bunu sağlamanın altın kuralı işgörenlerinden en üst düzeyde performans almalarına bağlıdır. İş görenlerinden düşük seviyede performans alan organizasyonların ekonomik sıkıntılar yaşaması ve hatta kapanması sürpriz değildir. Organizasyonların varlıkları için hayati öneme sahip işgören performansını artırmak için yeni yöntem ve anlayışlardan istifade etmelerinde yarar vardır. Bu anlayışlardan birisi de iş doyumu kavramıdır. İş doyumu işgörenlerin farklı değişkenler açısından işini yaparken haz alması ve mutlu olması durumudur. İş doyumu artırılarak işgören performansı da artırılabilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı iş doyumu ile işgören performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek ve işgören performansı üzerinde iş doyumunun nasıl bir etkisi olduğunu gösterebilmektir. Bu kapsamda, Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren Ankara Kültür ve Turizm müdürlüğü personelleri üzerinde anket yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, iş doyumu ile işgören performansı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Today there are many organizations to meet human needs. Especially within the private sector, these organizations become permanent and continue to grow as long as they gain the likes of people and increase their customers. The golden rule of providing this depends on the level of performance of the employers. It is not surprising that organizations that perform at a low level of their employers experience or even close economic difficulties. It is beneficial for organizations to use new methods and concepts to improve the workforce performance that is vital to their assets. One of these concepts is the concept of business satisfaction. The job satisfaction is that employers are happy and happy when doing their work in terms of different variables. The job performance can also be improved by increasing employment satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee performance and to show how employee satisfaction affects employee performance. In this context, data were collected through an survey on Ankara Culture and Tourism Directorate staff operating in Ankara. The study found that there was a meaningful and positive relationship between employee satisfaction and employee performance.

The purpose of this research; to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance and to show the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. In this context, data were collected through a survey on Ankara Culture and Tourism Directorate personnel working in Ankara. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a significant and positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.
