İki taştan oluşan ve ilki ikincisine göre daha iyi durumda olan Tonyukuk yazıtı, hem söz varlığı, atasözleri ve deyimler hem de tarihî olayların anlatılışı bakımından eski Türk yazıtları içerisinde ayrı bir yere sahiptir. Yazıtın bizzat Tonyukuk tarafından yazdırıldığı ve diktirildiği düşünülmektedir. Yazıt, Köktürklerin fetret döneminden sonra yeniden nasıl ortaya çıktıkları konusunu anlatması ve bu dönemde cereyan eden olayları vermesi bakımından da değerlidir. Tarihî Türkçenin söz varlığına önemli katkılarda bulunan yazıtı değerli kılan özelliklerden biri, çok sayıda atasözü ve deyime yer verilmiş olmasıdır. Bunların bir bölümü rahatlıkla anlaşılabilmiş, bir bölümü üzerinde ise pek çok tartışma yapılmıştır. Özellikle bugün nasıl olduğunu tam olarak bilemediğimiz bazı atasözleri ve deyimler, yazıtı kültür tarihi bakımından değerli kılmaktadır. Çinli, Kitanlı ve Oğuzlardan oluşan üçlü işbirliğinin mimarı olarak gördüğümüz Oğuzların kastedildiğini anlamak gerektiği önerilecektir. Makalede öncelikle yazıt üzerinde yayınları bulunan araştırmacıların okuma ve anlamlandırmaları değerlendirilecek, ardından ise yeni bir okuma ve anlamlandırma sunulacaktır. Okuma ve anlamlandırma önerisindeki sözcükler üzerinde de değerlendirmelerde bulunulacaktır.
The Tonyukuk writings, which consist of two stones and are in a better condition than the first, have a separate place in the ancient Turkish writings in terms of both the existence of the word, the speech and the expression and the narration of historical events. It is believed that the writing was printed and dictated by Tonyukuk himself. The writing is also valuable in terms of how the Köktürk's subjects reappeared after the fetish period and giving them the events that occur during this period. One of the characteristics that makes the writing of the historical Turkish word important contributions to the existence is that a lot of speech and phrase has been placed. Some of them were easily understood, and many discussions were made on a part. Specifically, some of the phrases and phrases that we don’t know exactly how it is today, make the writing valuable in terms of cultural history. It will be recommended that the triple cooperation consisting of Chinese, Chinese, and sons should be understood that the sons we see as architects are meant. The article will first evaluate the reading and understanding of the researchers who have publications on the text, and then a new reading and understanding will be presented. The words in the reading and understanding recommendations will also be evaluated.
Composed of two stones and the first one is better than the second, the Tonyukuk inscription has a special place among the old Turkic inscriptions both in terms of vocabulary, proverbs and idioms and narration of historical events. The inscription is thought to have been printed and erected by Tonyukuk himself. The inscription is also valuable in terms of explaining how Köktürk emerged again after the period of the interregnum and giving the events that took place in this period. One of the features that makes the inscription valuable, which makes a significant contribution to the vocabulary of historical Turkic, is that there are many proverbs and idioms. Some of these have been easily understood and many discussions have been made on some of them. In particular, some proverbs and idioms, which we do not know exactly how they are today, make the inscription valuable in terms of cultural history. In this article, a new reading and interpretation proposal will be presented on an idiom that we think is not fully understood even if there are not many different readings. In this sentence, it will be suggested that it is necessary to understand that the Oghuzs, which we see as the builder of the triple alliance consisting of Chinese, Khitanese and Oghuzs. which is mentioned on the 6th line of the south face of the first stone and generally read in the form of özčä tašın tutmıš täg biz or öz iči tašın tutmıš täg biz, is described in the inscription. In the paper, reading and interpretation of researchers who have publications on the inscription will be evaluated first, and then a new reading and interpretation will be presented. Evaluations will also be made on the words in the reading and interpretation suggestion.
