Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı 2020 yılının mart ayından itibaren Türkiye’de etkileri devam etmekte olan Covid 19 salgını sürecinde çalışanların örgütlerine duydukları güven duygusunun zedelenip zedelenmediğini belirlemektir. Bununla birlikte çalışmanın ikinci amacı Covid 19 sürecinde örgütsel güven ile çalışan performansı arasındaki ilişkide işe angaje olmanın etkilerini belirleyebilmektir. Araştırmaya konu olan Antalya ili otel çalışanları kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş olup veriler web tabanlı anket tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Toplam 293 çalışan üzerinden toplanan verilere regresyon ve hiyerarşik regresyon analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Covid 19 sürecinde çalışanların önemli oranda örgütsel güven duygularının azalmadığı ve örgütsel güven ile çalışan performansı arasındaki ilişkide dinçlik ve adanmışlık boyutlarının kısmi aracılık ettiği sonucu elde edilmiştir.

The aim of the research is to determine whether the sense of trust of the employees in their organizations has been damaged during the Covid 19 epidemic, the effects of which have been continuing in Turkey since March 2020. However, the second purpose of the study is to determine the effects of work engagement on the relationship between organizational trust and employee performance during the Covid 19 process. Hotel employees in Antalya, which is the subject of the research, were selected by convenience sampling method and the data were collected by web-based survey technique. Regression and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the data collected from a total of 293 employees. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the employees' sense of organizational trust decreased significantly during the Covid 19 process and that the dimensions of vigor and dedication partially mediated the relationship between organizational trust and employee performance.
