Abstract:

This study has studied the effectiveness of the video-model teaching method, the durability and generalization of the learned skills in learning the ability of individuals with light-level mental disability (ZY) to cultivate from agricultural skills. At the same time, the views of the participants on the extent of the non-targeted information provided through video during the course of teaching and the opinions of the special educational teachers and the families of the participants on the teaching process and the targeted skills provided using the VMÖY were evaluated. In the study, a multi-degradation model was used from the single-dimensional research methods. The study included two girls diagnosed with ZY between the ages of 18-22 and a male individual. Research findings show that VMÖY is effective in teaching the skills of fide to individuals with ZY, that the level of non-targeted knowledge gain of participants through video is increased, and that the research is socially valid.
