Benign and malignant tumors of the small bowel are rarely seen and account for a small part of all gastrointestinal system tumors. Most of the small bowel tumors are malignant and adenocarcinomas, and are usually detected in the duodenum. Similarly, benign tumors of the small bowel are rare and are seen in the duodenum. The risk of malignant transformation is high, especially in villous adenomas. We report a patient with tubulovillous adenoma in the duodenum that was detected as a result of the investigation of anemia.
