Türkiye’de Sağlık Alanında Çalışılan Mobbing Tezlerinin İncelenmesi

Bu çalışmada, günümüz iş yaşamının kabusu haline gelen mobbing davranışı konusunda sağlık alanında yazılan tezlerin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Tez Merkezi’ndeki erişime açık olan sağlık alanındaki tezler incelenmiştir. Tezler yayım yılları, üniversite ismi, enstitüler, anabilim dalları, tez türü, tez dili, danışman unvanları, uygulama yeri, araştırma yöntemi ve sağlık çalışanının türüne göre içerik analizi metodu ile değerlendirilmiştir. Mobbing konusunda toplamda 642 adet erişime açık teze rastlanmıştır. Bu tezler içerisinde 109 tezin sağlık alanında yazıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, en çok tezin 2019 yılında (f=17); en çok Beykent Üniversitesi’nde (f=8); Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde (f=54); İşletme Anabilim Dalı’nda (f=30) yazıldığı belirlenmiştir. Tezlerin en çok yüksek lisans tezi (f=98); Türkçe dilinde (f=107); Prof. Dr. danışmanlığında (f=42) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Uygulama yeri olarak kamu hastanesi (f=32); araştırma yöntemine göre nicel araştırma yöntemi (f=97); sağlık çalışanının türüne göre ise hemşireler üzerinde (f=43) çalışıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Yükseköğretim Kurulu Tez Merkezi’ndeki erişime açık olan sağlık alanındaki mobbing konulu tezler çeşitli kategorilerde incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre, en çok tezin 2019 yılında; Beykent Üniversitesi’nde; Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde; İşletme anabilim dalında; yükseklisans tezi olarak; Türkçe dilinde; Profesör danışmanlığında; kamu hastanesi’nde; nicel araştırma olarak; hemşireler üzerinde olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Investigation Of Mobbing Theses In The Field Of Health In Turkey

In this study, it was aimed to examine the theses written in the field of health about mobbing behavior, which has become the nightmare of today's business life. For the purpose of the study, the open access mobbing theses in the field of health in the Higher Education Council Thesis Center were examined. Related theses were evaluated with the content analysis method according to publication years, university names, institutes, department names, these types, language of thesis, supervisor titles, work places of healthcare professionals, research methods and also healthcare employee types. Totally, it was accessed to 642 theses about mobbing. Among these theses, it was determined that 109 theses were written in the field of health. According to the findings of the study, it was determined that the majority of theses were published mostly in 2019 (f=17); mostly in Beykent University (f=8); mostly written in the Institute of Social Sciences (f=54) and the Department of Business Administration (f=30). It was determined the majority of theses were written as master's thesis (f=98); in Turkish language (f=107); with mostly under the supervisory of Professors (f=42). It was determined that these theses often examined public hospital as work places of healthcare professionals (f=32); applied quantitative research method according to research method (f=97); and mostly with nurses according to healthcare employee types (f=43). In this study, it was evaluated theses published in Turkish Higher Education National Thesis Center about mobbing behavior in the field of health sector according to some related categories. When the results of the study were examined, according these categories, the majority of theses was written in 2019; in Beykent University; in Social Scicences Institutes; in Business Department; as master’s thesis; in Turkish Language; with the supervisory of Professors; in public hospital; with quantitative research method; on nurses.
