Bu çalışmanın amacı sınıf öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik yeterliliklerini incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma modellerinden ilişkisel tarama deseni kullanılmıştır, araştırmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Ümraniye ilçesine bağlı devlet okullarında görev yapan 200 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem, kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Veriler, Meral ve Bilgiç (2012) tarafından geliştirilen, “Kaynaştırmada Öğretmen Yeterliği Ölçeği” tarafından toplanmış, SPSS paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; sınıf öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik yeterlilikleri cinsiyet, öğretmenlerin eğitim durumları ve kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik eğitim alıp almama durumuna göre anlamlı bir farklılığa neden olmamaktadır. Bunun yanında mesleki kıdem ve sınıf mevcudu sınıf öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik yeterliliklerini anlamlı şekilde etkilemektedir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik yeterliliklerinin alınan eğitimlerle ilgili değil; çalışma şartları ve motivasyonlarıyla ilgili olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır.
The purpose of this study is to examine the skills of classmates to the student's coaching. The research has used the relative scan pattern from quantum research models, the sample of the research is made by 200 class teachers who work in the state schools associated with the province of Istanbul or Umraniye in the Education-Teaching year 2021-2022. Examples are easily identified by sample method. The data was analyzed using the SPSS package program, collected by the "Teacher Qualification Scale" developed by Meral and Information (2012). According to the study, the skill of class teachers towards the student's coaching does not cause significant differences according to gender, the educational conditions of the teachers and the status of the student's coaching receiving or not. Furthermore, professional seniority and class presence significantly influence the skills of class teachers towards the student’s coaching. Class teachers' qualifications to the students are not related to the training they receive; it turns out that they are related to their working conditions and motivations.
