Al-Farabi Kazak Millî Üniversitesi, Arkeoloji, Etnoloji ve Müzecilik Bölümü bilim adamlarının girişimiyle, «Kazakistan'ın Eski ve Modern Kültüründe Kurt ve Köpeğin Rolünün Etnozooarkeolojik Araştırması» adlı temel araştırma projesi 01.08.2022 - 31.12.2024 yılları aralığında yürütülmektedir. Proje, Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti Bilim ve Yüksek Öğretim Bakanlığı tarafından sipariş edilmiştir. Proje uygulayıcıları grubu etnograflar, zooarkeologlar, jeoarkeologlar ve zoologlardan oluşmaktadır. Etnozooarkeoloji, etnolojik, arkeolojik ve zoolojik araştırmaları birleştiren disiplinler arası bir bilim alanıdır. Bu proje, Kazakistan'ın temel bilimsel araştırmalarında bu yönde kullanılan ilk projedir.
Al-Farabi Kazak National University, with the initiative of scientists of the Department of Archaeology, Ethnology and Music, the basic research project "Etnosooarchaeological research of the role of the wolf and dog in the ancient and modern culture of Kazakhstan" is carried out between 01.08.2022 and 31.12.2024. The project was ordered by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The group of project practitioners consists of ethnographs, zooarchaeologists, gearcheologists and zoologists. Ethnic archaeology is an interdisciplinary field of science that combines ethnological, archaeological and zoological research. This project is the first project used in this direction in Kazakhstan’s basic scientific research.
