Prunus avium kiraz yaprağı özütü ile gümüş nanopartikül (AgNP) sentezi ve antimikrobiyal etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract :

Çalışmada çevre dostu sentez yöntemi ile biyolojik kaynaktan (Prunus avium yaprak özütünden) yararlanarak AgNP’ler başarılı bir şekilde sentezlenmiştir. Ultraviyole/görünür ışık absorpsiyon spektrofotometresi (UV-vis), X-ışını kırınımı (XRD), termogravimetrik ve difarensiyel termal analiz (TGA-DTA), Fourier transform infrared Spektroskopisi (FT-IR), taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve enerji dağılımlı X-ışını (EDAX) analizleri ile partiküller karakterize edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu partiküllerin mikroorganizmalar üzerindeki antimikrobiyal etkisine bakıldı ve üremeleri üzerinde inhibe edici etki gösterdikleri tespit edildi.

Abstract :

In the study, AgNPs were successfully synthesized using the environmentally friendly synthesis method of biological source (Prunus avium leaf extract). The particles are characterized by ultraviolet/visible light absorption spectrometry (UV-vis), X-ray breakdown (XRD), thermogravimetric and difarencial thermal analysis (TGA-DTA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanned electron microscope (SEM) and energy-distributed X-ray (EDAX) analyses. The antimicrobial effects of these derived particles on microorganisms have been examined and they have been found to have an inhibiting effect on their reproduction.
