Abstract :

Araştırma, Kırşehir Eğitim Fakültesi İlköğretim Bölümü Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalında öğrenim görmekte olan öğretmen adaylarının ders çalışırken kullandıkları öğrenme stratejilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla, varolan bir durumu betimlemeyi amaçlayan tarama modeli bir çalışma yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini Ahi Evran Üniversitesinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrenciler, örneklemini ise 2009–2010 eğitim-öğretim yılının güz döneminde Kırşehir Eğitim Fakültesi İlköğretim Bölümü Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalında öğrenim görmekte olan öğretmen adayları 176’sı kız ve 218’i erkek 394 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, likert tipi beşli bir ölçek kullanılmış ve veriler üzerinde SPSS 15 paket programıyla yüzde, frekans, t-testi, ANOVA ve Pearson korelasyonu analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmen adaylarının kullandıklarıbazı öğrenme stratejilerinin, cinsiyet, öğretim durumu ve öğrenim gördükleri sınıf düzeyine göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği bulunmuştur.

Abstract :

This research was done in order to determine the learning strategies which use studying lesson of teacher candidates who were Elemantary Social Studies teacher training department of Kırşehir Faculty of Education.For this purpose, the scannig model that an existing state of aims to describe a study was conducted..Population of the study consisted of the students of Ahi Evran University and 394 students,178 girls and 218 boys attending teacher candidates who were Elemantary Social Studies teacher training department of Kırşehir Faculty of Education fall semesterof the 2009-2010 academic year were the subject of study. In the study, a five likert type scale used and on the data packet with the program SPSS 15 percent, frequency, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis was made. As a result of study, it had been found that there are some meaningful differences in learning strategies of Social Studies teacher candidates in terms of their ,gender,educational status and according to grade of their study showed
