Abstract :

Ülkemizde, 2005–2006 öğretim yılında ülke genelinde uygulamaya konulan ilköğretim matematik programında akıl yürütme, problem çözme, ilişkilendirme gibi üst düzey zihinsel becerilerin kazanılmasının önemi vurgulanmakta, problem çözmeye ayrı bir önem verilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda problem çözme ile yapılan çalışmaların sayısında da artış görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada ise Türkiye’deki 2005-2022 yılları arasında ulusal tez merkezinde yayınlanmış (erişimlerine ulaşılabilen) matematik eğitimi araştırmalarında problem çözme ile ilgili lisansüstü tezleri belli ölçütlere göre incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden sistematik inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunun seçiminde PRISMA bilgi akışı referans alınmış ve 134 lisansüstü tez çalışması incelemeye alınmıştır. Çalışma problem çözme alanında lisansüstü tezlerinin sistematik olarak incelendiği ilk çalışma olma niteliği taşımaktadır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, problem çözme ile ilgili lisansüstü tezlerde kullanılan metodolojik eğilimler ve çalışma alanları hakkında kapsamlı bilgi sunmaktadır.

Abstract :

In our country, the importance of acquiring high-level mental skills such as reasoning, problem solving and association is emphasized in the primary school mathematics program, which was put into practice throughout the country in the 2005-2006 academic year, and a special importance is given to problem solving. In this direction, there is an increase in the number of studies on problem solving. In this study, it is aimed to examine the postgraduate theses related to problem solving in mathematics education research published in the national thesis center (accessible) between the years 2005-2022 in Turkey, in accordance with certain criteria. In the study, systematic review method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. PRISMA information flow was taken as reference in the selection of the study group and 134 postgraduate thesis studies were examined. The study is the first study in which postgraduate theses in the field of problem solving are systematically examined. The results of the study provide comprehensive information about the methodological trends and fields of study used in postgraduate theses on problem solving.
