Abstract :

Justice has been a significant concept that is seen as valuable, sacred and ideal to be reached. In order to attain this ideal, justice has always been handled with politics. It is tried to utilize from politics that is accepted as applied morality so as to put justice in a place in society. It is hard to say that there is a consensus on justice whom many philosophers mediated on and produced theories on. Ideologies generated in modern times have aimed to establish justice in societies as an ultimate target. In those ideologies, merely conservatism takes a dim view of theories and ideologies for realizing justice although it notices about fair government. For conservatives, all people should already carry this principle with himself. Though justice has been considered as important during history, current approaches like positivism and postmodernism by claiming that justice is a metaphysical and subjective worth, oppose to its dominance in legislation and social order. After all, justice has still protected its character of being a significant concept during the history of humanity.
