Kur’an-ı Kerim’de nüzulünden itibaren süregelen zaman içerisinde çeşitli İslami ilimler penceresinden bakılarak yorumlanmaya çalışılan ve beşerî aklı bir hayli zorlayan âyetlerin başında Kehf suresinde yer alan Mûsâ-Hızır kıssasına dair âyetler gelmektedir. Meseleye başta tefsir ilmi ile iştigal eden âlimlerden olmak üzere kelâm, tasavvuf ve felsefe alanından da farklı bakış açıları ve değerlendirmeler geliştirilmiştir. Kıssa özelinde bilhassa çocuğun öldürülme hadisesi te’vile muhtaç ve üzerinde en çok tartışılagelen kesit olarak gözükmektedir. Öyle ki çocuğun öldürülme hadisesinin özellikle adalet olgusu bağlamında irdelendiği görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada ise Mûsâ-Hızır kıssasında çocuğun öldürülüşü, adaletin üstünde bir yelpazede yer aldığı tespit edilen merhamet ilkesi bağlamında değerlendirilecektir. Allah Teâlâ’nın yarattıkları ile ilişkisi merhamet ilkesine dayalı olup, merhametin kemâli ise adaletin teminini gerektirmektedir. İlave olarak, tıpkı adalet gibi eğitim olgusunun da kıssa bağlamında ve yine merhamet şemsiyesinin altında konumlandığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada merhamet bağlamında, merhametin kemâlini sembolize eden adalet ve eğitim kavramları üzerinden çocuğun öldürülüşü meselesine ilişkin farklı bir bakış açısı ihdas edilerek değerlendirme yapılmaya gayret edilecektir.
One of the verses in the Qur'an that has been interpreted from the perspective of various Islamic sciences over time since its revelation and that has been challenging the human mind is the verses about the parable of Moses-Khidr in Surah Kahf. Different perspectives and evaluations have been developed on the issue, primarily from scholars engaged in the science of tafsir, but also from the fields of kalām, mysticism and philosophy. In particular, the incident of the killing of the child seems to be the most controversial episode in need of interpretation. So much so that it is seen that the incident of killing the child is analyzed especially in the context of the phenomenon of justice. In this study, the killing of the child in the parable of Moses-Khidr will be evaluated in the context of the principle of mercy, which is determined to be on a spectrum above justice. Allah's relationship with His creatures is based on the principle of mercy, and the perfection of mercy requires the provision of justice. In addition, just like justice, it is seen that the phenomenon of education is also positioned in the context of the parable and again under the umbrella of mercy. In this study, in the context of mercy, an attempt will be made to evaluate the issue of the killing of the child by introducing a different perspective on the concepts of justice and education, which symbolize the perfection of mercy
