The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between organizational justice perception and organizational citizenship behavior of the employee and to determine the mediating role of organizational identification on this relationship. With this purpose, dimensions of organizational justice have been analysed in 3 dimensions as distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. The dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior have been analysed in 5 dimensions as altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, sportsmanship and civil virtue. The study is conducted with 160 employees working fields of a shopping center in Afyonkarahisar. In this research, for analysing the effect of organizational justice perceptions on organizational citizenship behavior and mediating role of organizational identification, structural equation model was created and tested. Consequently, in the relationship between procedural justice and interactional justice dimensions of the organizational justice perception and altruism, courtesy and sportsmanship dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, full mediating role of organizational identification has revealed
