A lot of results that are not mine are coming?

How can I only see the citations made to my relevant article?
After searching for the name of your article, you can see the citations made to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract :

Bu araştırmanın amacı kamu kuruluşlarında verilen hizmet içi eğitimin çalışanlar üzerindeki etkilerinin hangi faktörlere balı olduğunu saptamaya çalışmaktır. Bu kapsamda Muğla İlinde bazı kamu kuruluşlarında anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Ankette 5’li likert ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırma sonunda eğitimin işgörenlerce desteklenmesinin iş verimini artırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
