Abstract :

Beyin tümörlerinin büyük bir çoğunluğu invaziv yayılım ve malign özellik gösterir, kafatası gibi sınırlı bir alanda hızlı büyür ve tedaviye yanıtı sınırlıdır. Bu özellikleri nedeniyle bireylerde birçok semptom oluşturarak yaşam kalitesini hızla düşürür ve yaşamı tehdit eder. Literatürde primer beyin tümörlü hastalarda iyi kontrol edilemeyen semptomların değerlendirilmesi ve kontrolünün önemli olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bu makalede primer beyin tümörlü hasta grubuyla çalışan hemşirelere rehber olması amacıyla, güncel literatür gözden geçirilerek primer beyin tümörü semptomlarına odaklanılmıştır

Abstract :

The vast majority of brain tumors show invasive spread and malignant characteristics, grow rapidly in a limited area such as the cartilage, and the response to treatment is limited. Due to these characteristics, it rapidly decreases the quality of life and threatens life by creating many symptoms in individuals. In literature it is noted that the assessment and control of symptoms that are not well controlled in primary brain tumor patients is important. In this article, in order to be a guide to nurses working with a primary brain tumor group, the current literature is reviewed and focused on primary brain tumor symptoms.
