Abstract:

Objective: The aim is to highlight the contributions of the great leader Atatürk to the Turkish nation from the perspectives of politics, military affairs, education, sociology, and cultural developments, within the framework of a humanistic approach towards self-actualized historical figures. It is to explain Atatürk's leadership and personal qualities that have reached a level beyond self-actualization, in terms of meta-motivational aspects. Design/Method: In this study, the integrated relationship between self-actualization and Atatürk was examined and analyzed using the document scanning method. Results: As a result of the study, it was emphasized that Atatürk's self-actualization at the meta-motivational level goes beyond his political and military personality, as evidenced by his establishment of the Republic of Turkey, his victories in wars, and his enduring impact as a leader with his lasting revolutions in politics and military affairs. Original Contribution: Ongoing research on Atatürk in various scientific disciplines continues to explore different dimensions. This study carries an original value due to its examination of the concept of self-actualization from a humanistic perspective.
