Yeniçeri gazetesi 2 Aralık 1911 ile 28 Mart 1912 yılları arasında 14 sayı yayınlanmış siyasi mizah gazetesidir. Yeniçeri’nin sorumlu müdürü ve imtiyaz sahibi Mülkiye öğrencisi olan aynı zamanda Tanin başta olmak üzere pek çok gazetede muhabirlik ve yazarlık yapmış olan Cemil Hakkı’dır. İttihat ve Terakki taraftarı olan Cemil Hakkı’nın yönetimindeki Yeniçeri mizah gazetesi, Hürriyet ve İtilaf Fırkası’nın kurulduğu, ülkenin 1912 seçimlerine gittiği aynı zamanda Trablusgarp Savaşının yaşandığı, iç ve dış siyasetin son derece değişken ve sıkıntılı olduğu bir süreçte iktidar partisinin yılmaz bir destekçisi olarak yayın hayatına girmiştir.
