Globalisation means the expansion of capitalist production patterns with its all aspects throughout the world. This is not only a project of economic transformation, but also a big social, cultural and political restructuring project. The social, economic and environmental risks posed by capitalism are no longer local today but they are brought to the world-wide level by the process of globalisation. First of all in the economic area resources are intensively used. The various issues occur in social area such as income distribution lead to the new risks both at national and international level. The failure is not only seen in the distribution of welfare created by globalisation but also seen in the area of environmental protection. As seen in the example of the issue of global warming, while globalisation provides international capital with new opportunities, it also expands the risks posed by the process, threatening the future of humanity as a whole.
