Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the development league footballers' moral decision-making attitudes. It is an identifiable type of research. The universe of research was formed by FishingSports sub-building athletes. The sample was made on 104 footballers who did not go to the selection and agreed to participate in the research in 2016-2017. In the study Lee and Ark.Developed by (2007) and adapted to Turkish by Gürpınar (2014) the "Personal Information Form" created by the researcher with the scale of ethical decision-making attitudes in infrastructure sports. The scale is 3 sub-dimensions and consists of 9 matters. The data obtained from the study was analyzed in the SPSS 22.0 statistical package program. In the normality test (Shapiro Wilk Test) the data were studied with non-parametric analyses (Mann Whitney-U and Kruskal Wallis tests) because they did not show normal distribution. The value p<0.05 was accepted as the significance level of statistical tests. Footballers have the highest average score in the size of keeping winning fairly, the lowest average score in the size of accepting competition pleasure. The 13 year old football team has found the trick and the love of competition. In the age group, the footballers prefer to keep winning fairly, while the footballers in the age group prefer not to keep winning fairly. The athletes who took their coaches have found the deceit. The rise in the educational level of the father causes the positive moral behavior scores of footballers to increase.
