Sivil Havacılık İşletmelerinde Çalışanların Yaşam Doyumunun, İş Stresi ve İşten Ayrılma Niyetine Etkisinin Belirlenmesi: Kars Harakani Hava Limanı Örneği

Yapılan çalışma sivil havacılık çalışanlarının yaşam doyumu, iş stresi ve işten ayılma niyeti arasında ilişkinin ve etkinin belirlenmesini amaç edinmiştir. Bu kapsamda Kars Harakani Havalimanında çalışan 115 kişiden veriler toplanarak, SPSS ve AMOS programları aracılığıyla analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan bu analizler doğrultusunda yaşam doyumu ve iş stresi arasında (r:-0,427) negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki, yaşam doyumu ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında (r:-0,333) negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki, iş stresi ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasında (r:0,638) pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Çalışanların iş stresinin yaşam doyumu üzerinde %17,5’lik negatif yönlü etkisi bulunmaktadır. İşten ayrılma niyetinin yaşam doyumu üzerinde %10,3’lük negatif yönlü etkisi bulunmaktadır. Buradan hareket ile iş stresi ve işten ayrılma niyetinin kişilerin yaşam doyumunu olumsuz etkileyen bir faktör olduğu söylenebilir. İşten ayrılma niyetinin iş stresi üzerinde %40,2’lik pozitif yönlü etkisinin bulunduğu görülmüştür. İş stresi ve işten ayrılma niyetinin beraber bulunduğu ortamlarda yaşam doyumuna değişkenlerin %17,4’lik negatif yönlü etkisinin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The study aimed at determining the relationship and effect between the life satisfaction, work stress and the intention of dismissal of civil aviation workers. In this context, data collected from 115 people working at Kars Harakani Airport, analytics were carried out through SPSS and AMOS programs. According to these analyses, there was a negative meaningful relationship between life satisfaction and work stress (r:-0,427) and a negative meaningful relationship between life satisfaction and the intention to leave the work (r:-0,333) and a positive meaningful relationship between work stress and the intention to leave the work (r:-0,638) and a positive meaningful relationship between life satisfaction and the intention to leave the work (r:-0,638) and a positive meaningful relationship between work stress and the intention to leave the work (r:-0,638) and a positive meaningful relationship between life satisfaction and the intention to leave the work. Work stress has a 17.5 percent negative impact on employee life satisfaction. The intention of leaving work has a 10.3% negative impact on life satisfaction. From here it can be said that work stress and the intention to leave the job are a factor that affects the satisfaction of people’s life. The intention of leaving work has a positive impact of 40.2% on work stress. In the environments where work stress and the intention of leaving work are combined, the variables have a 17.4% negative impact on life satisfaction.

There are significant negative relationship between life satisfaction and job stress (r:-0.427), significant negative relationship between life satisfaction and turnover intentions (r:-0.333), significant positive relationship between job stress and turnover intentions (r:- 0.638). Employees' job stress has a negative impact of 17.5% on life satisfaction. The turnover intentions has a negative impact of 10.3% on life satisfaction. From this point of view, it can be said that job stress and turnover intentions are factors that negatively affect people's life satisfaction. It was observed that the turnover intentions had a positive impact of 40.2% on job stress. In environments where job stress and turnover intentions coexist, it has been determined that variables have a negative effect of 17.4% on life satisfaction.
