So many results that aren't mine?

Sermaye Malı İthalatının İşgücü Verimliliğine Etkisi: Panel Veri Analizi

Abstract:

Gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sermaye malları ithalatının işgücü verimliliği üzerinde meydana getirdiği etkinin incelendiği bu çalışmada, 84 gelişmekte olan ülkenin 1998- 2009 yılı dengesiz panel verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, bir ülkedeki çalışan kesimin verimliliğinin arttırılmasında sermaye malı ithalatının pozitif etkisinin olduğu hipotezini test etmektedir. Yapılan analizle sermaye malı ithalatının işgücü verimliliğini olumlu yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

In this study, which examined the impact of capital goods imports in developing countries on labour efficiency, 84 developing countries used unbalanced panel data from 1998-2009. The study tests the hypothesis that capital goods imports have a positive impact on increasing the efficiency of the working sector in a country. The analysis has found that capital goods imports have a positive impact on the workforce efficiency.
