Abstract:

People spend most of their daily lives at work or at home. Everyone has a family and a job. The roles of business and family are the roles of the person’s expectations and what is expected from him and the life takes over. Work-family role conflict is a type of role conflict in which the person is affected by the situation in the face of incompatible pressures from the work and family roles. Work-family role conflict has three causes and consequences: individual, organizational and family. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors and the consequences of the work-family role conflict and to take measures. The aim of this study is to study the concept of work-family role conflict, to point out the causes and consequences of work-family conflict on the effects on individuals. There are also recommendations from an organizational, individual and social point of view to preventing work-family conflict.
