Abstract:

With the new concept of public administration, the organizations need to show their institutional or individual performance at the highest level. With the start of the rules of the market in the private sector, public organizations have emphasized the principles of performance management. Requirements, defined goals and results, by assessing performance, by ensuring efficiency and efficiency of management, re-formed public administration. The satisfaction of the citizens, the management and evaluation of performance in terms of the proper use of public resources, is increasingly important. In our country, the elements of performance management are attracted to the attention of the restructuring and reform movement in the public sector. Performance management plays an important role in the transparency and confidence of citizens in the state and institutions.
