So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Agency relationship has been regulated extensively in Turkish Commercial Code (TCC), Nr. 6102. The monopoly rights (Art. 102 of TCC) which is accepted as one of the rights granted to the agent and covenant not to compete (Art. 123 of TCC) between the agent and the principal, has a close relationship with competition rules (law). In this context, it is an important legal issue to shed light on whether there is a contradiction between these two articles and competition law. This paper focuses on this matter and how this issue should be analyzed. As a result, it can be argued that, there is no actual contradiction between these two laws, however the covenant not to compete article in TCC limits the extend of competition law relatively
