İnsanoğlu, yeryüzünde var olduğu andan itibaren sağlığını korumak ve maruz kaldığı fizikî ve ruhî rahatsızlıklardan kurtulmak için sürekli bir arayış ve mücadele içerisinde olmuştur. Korunma, teşhis ve tedavi şeklinde karşımıza çıkan bu arayış ve mücadele, geçmişten günümüze belli birtakım bilgi, birikim ve deneyimin oluşmasını sağlamıştır. Zengin bir hazine niteliği taşıyan bu bilgi, birikim ve tecrübe, halk hekimliğini vücuda getirmiştir. Anadolu’daki halk hekimliği tedavi uygulamalarında çeşitli tedavi yöntem ve tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Bu tedavi yöntemlerinden biri de taklit büyüsü olan analojidir. Anadolu’da, siğil, it dirseği/arpacık, köstü, kızıldonnu, yılancık, dalak, bulgurlama vb. gibi rahatsızlıkların tedavisinde karşımıza çıkan ve isim, renk, biçim benzerliğine dayanan analojik düşüncenin temeli, bir etki ancak onu taklit ederek gerçekleştirilebilir, benzer benzeri etkiler ve benzer ancak benzeriyle tedavi edilebilir prensiplerine dayanmıştır. Geçmişten günümüze insanoğlu zihninde, maruz kaldığı hastalıklar ile onun benzediği nesneler arasında bir ilişki kurarak rahatsızlıkların ancak benzedikleri şeyler kullanılarak ve o taklit edilerek tedavi edileceğine ve bu şekilde bozulan düzenin yeniden tesis edileceğine inanmışlardır. Benzerin bir karşıt yaratarak benzerini yok edeceği düşüncesiyle hastalığın benzediği şeyler tedavilerde kullanılmış ve bu büyüsel işlemlerle hastalık üzerinde bir tesir yaratılmaya çalışılmıştır.
The human Son has been in constant seeking and struggling from the moment in which he existed on earth to preserve his health and to get rid of the physical and mental disorders he has suffered. This pursuit and struggle that comes to us in the form of protection, diagnosis and treatment has provided the formation of a certain amount of knowledge, knowledge and experience from the past to the present day. This knowledge, accumulation and experience, which is a rich treasure, has brought public medicine into the body. Public medicine in Anadolu has been used in the treatment practices of various therapeutic methods and techniques. One of these methods of treatment is the analogue, which is the simulation magic. In Anatolia, silk, it leather/cranberry, cranberry, redstone, serpent, dalak, bulgurlama, etc. The basis of the analogy thought that comes to us in the treatment of such disorders and is based on the similarity of names, colors, forms, an effect can only be achieved by imitating it, similar effects and similar but can be treated by similar principles. From the past to the present, in the mind of man, they have believed that by establishing a relationship between the diseases he is exposed to and the objects like him, disorders will only be treated using the things they are like and it will be imitated and the order that is thus broken will be re-established. With the thought that the similar would destroy the similar by creating a counterpart, things like the disease were used in treatments and these magical processes were attempted to create a pattern on the disease.
