At service business, like as hotels, employees’ job satisfaction creates many positive results as customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to determine which factors effect job satisfaction at the service businesses. This study aims to determined to effect of managers’ non-verbal communication skills and employees’ their managers trust on hotel employees’ job satisfaction. Moreover, this paper aims to test the moderator role of mangers’ non-verbal communication skills on the effect of manager trust on hotel employees’ job satisfaction. Data collected was from five-star hotels in Antalya using questionnaire by preferring convenience sampling method. 255 valid questionnaires were collected at the end of data collected process. Hypotheses were tested by using hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this test showed that although both manager trust and managers’ non-verbal communication skills increase employee’ job satisfaction, managers’ non-verbal communication skills have no moderator role at the between manager trust and job satisfaction. According to the result of current study, it can be suggested as a practical implication that if hotel managers improve their non-verbal communication skills, their employees will be more job satisfaction.
