Bu araştırma, mesleki sonuç beklentisinin tükenmişlik ile olan nedensel ilişkisinde yaşam doyumunun aracı rolünü tespit etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat Üniversitesi İktisadi, İdari ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencileri üzerinde bir saha araştırması yapılmıştır. Yüz yüze ve online şekilde gerçekleşen veri toplama süreci sonucunda 258 öğrenciden elde edilen verileri araştırma amaçlarına uygun olacak şekilde analiz etmek için SPSS ve AMOS istatistik programları kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre mesleki sonuç beklentisi arttıkça tükenmişlik azalmakta, yaşam doyumu artmaktadır. Mesleki sonuç beklentisi yaşam doyumunu pozitif tükenmişliği ise negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca mesleki sonuç beklentisinin tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisinde yaşam doyumu tam bir aracılık rolü görmektedir.
This study was performed to determine the mediating role of life satisfaction in the relationship vocational outcome expectation an burnout. For this purpose, a field study was carried out on the students of Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences. As a result of face-to-face and online data collection process, data were obtained from 258 students. Data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS statistical programs. According to the results of the analysis, as the vocational outcome expectation increases, burnout decrease and life satisfaction increases. Vocational outcome expectation positively affects life satisfaction and negatively affects burnout. In addition, life satisfaction plays a mediating role in the effect of vocational outcome expectation on burnout.
